Director, Senior Physiotherapist &
Level 2 APMA Pilates Instructor
Haydee graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Since graduating, she has worked in private practice in both Adelaide and Melbourne and in the community sector in Adelaide. In 2008 Haydee completed her Level 2 APMA Pilates instructor training. Haydee is an experienced Clinical Pilates Instructor and runs small group Clinical and mat Pilates sessions..
Her extensive dance background gives her a unique understanding of treating performing artists of all ages. Her passion is working with her clients to educate them in how their body works, how to actively work through their injuries and how to prevent future injuries occurring. She currently splits her time between Portside Physiotherapy and consulting part-time at Performance Medicine in Melbourne.
Haydee’s other clinical interest is in working with infants and children with developmental delays, low tone and hyper-mobility, growth related injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and various disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Grace graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has recently moved to Victoria. She is a current serving member of the Australian Defence Force - Army Reserves and completed her Combat Medic training prior to starting with Portside Physiotherapy.
After completing the GLA:D Australia Osteoarthritis Course through La Trobe University, Grace is the only Physiotherapist on the Bellarine Peninsula who is trained to deliver this ground breaking program for osteoarthritis sufferers.
Grace's clinical interests include sporting injuries, veteran rehabilitation, women's health and paediatrics.
OUR SUPPORT STAFF
Cordell joined Portside's front office team in February this year and has solid background in customer service. She came to Portarlington several years ago for a holiday and ended up moving here! She runs her own business (Busy Bee Bookkeeping Services) and loves spending time with her grandchildren and travelling!
Jason has over 25 years of management experience across several sectors; including the Australian Defence Force (RAAF), Commonwealth and State Government entities and private industry. He is a degree qualified Electronic Engineer and has most recently been studying a combined Bachelor/Graduate Diploma of Aviation at the University of South Australia.
He grew up in Queensland and loves that the Bellarine region has a similar country/beach feel to his birthplace on the Sunshine Coast.
